Yes. We collaborate with client teams and vendors, agree on scope, and document responsibilities.

What does on-site look like?

We are remote-first. On-site happens when it helps delivery or client communication. Client-facing meetings follow our professional standards.

What is the schedule and after-hours policy?

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8–5. After-hours work is rare, scheduled in advance, and paid with an on-call stipend when applicable.

How do growth and certifications work?

You co-own a quarterly development plan. Approved exam fees are covered and a modest bonus is paid on passing. Study time is planned when workloads allow.

What tools do you use?

Vendor-neutral cloud, RMM, EDR, scripting, documented runbooks, and change processes that support quality delivery.

What does onboarding look like?

Onboarding is tailored to the person and client mix. You will shadow, use our lab, and get regular 1:1s with clear milestones.
