Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated:

California law gives you the right to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information. “Sharing” includes the use of data for cross-context behavioral advertising (interest-based ads across different websites/apps).

How to opt out (two easy options)

  1. Use this control: Open Cookie Settings and set Marketing to Disabled (or choose Reject all). This will stop sale/sharing via advertising and embedded third-party tools on our Site.
  2. Send us a request: Submit our web form at divinelogic.com/contact/ or email webmaster@divinelogic.com with the subject “Do Not Sell or Share.” We’ll apply your preference to our records and any identifiers we can reasonably associate with your browser/device.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser/device automatically.

What our opt-out covers

We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” limited identifiers and internet/network activity with advertising and analytics partners for measurement or cross-context behavioral advertising when Marketing is enabled in Cookie Settings. Opting out (or sending a GPC signal) stops this sharing on our Site.

Categories that may be “sold/shared” for ads/analytics (when Marketing is enabled)

  • Identifiers (e.g., cookie IDs, IP address)
  • Internet / network activity (e.g., page views, events, referrers)

Categories disclosed for business purposes

To operate our services, we disclose information to service providers/processors (hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, payment processing, customer support). They are bound by contract to use the data only to perform services for us.

Verification, scope & appeals

We may ask for limited information to verify your request and to locate your records (we avoid sensitive identifiers unless necessary). If we deny your request, we will tell you why and how to appeal. We do not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Other California privacy rights

  • Know/Access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information, subject to exceptions.
  • Limit the use/disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (if we collect it).
  • No retaliation for exercising your rights.

To make a rights request, use our contact form or email webmaster@divinelogic.com. We aim to respond within 45 days (one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary).
