Privacy Policy — Divine Logic, Inc.

Last Updated:

1) Who We Are & Scope

Divine Logic, Inc. (“Divine Logic,” “we,” “our,” “us”) is a managed IT services provider based in Fresno, California. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information on DivineLogic.com and related pages (the “Site”).

This Policy does not cover information processed under separate customer agreements for managed IT services (e.g., MSA/SOW), which are governed by those contracts and, where applicable, Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

2) Information We Collect

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, company, job title.
  • Commercial information: services requested or purchased; transaction metadata from payment processors (we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Internet / network activity: IP address, device/browser details, pages viewed, session duration, referring URLs/UTM tags; data from cookies, pixels, and SDKs.
  • Approximate geolocation (derived from IP).
  • Communications/content: information you submit in forms, messages, and scheduling requests.
  • Sensitive Personal Information (SPI): not expected via the public Site. If needed for a narrow purpose (e.g., identity verification for a privacy request), we use SPI only for that purpose and then delete/minimize it per law.

3) Sources of Information

  • Directly from you (forms, email, phone).
  • Automatically (cookies, pixels, SDKs, analytics).
  • Third parties (ad platforms, email delivery services, payment processors, CRM/marketing tools, security tools, embedded widgets).

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Site; respond to inquiries and quote requests.
  • Customer service and transactional/security communications.
  • Process payments via third-party processors.
  • Security & fraud prevention (including spam/abuse prevention with Invisible reCAPTCHA).
  • Analytics, measurement, and performance (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Marketing & remarketing (with the choices described below).
  • Legal compliance and enforcement of our Terms of Use.

5) Cookies, Tracking & Your Choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, perform analytics, and support advertising/remarketing.

  • Open Cookie Settings (manage categories and revisit your choices).
  • Browser Controls: Most browsers let you block/clear cookies.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): When detected, we treat GPC as a Do Not Sell/Share signal for California visitors.

6) Analytics (e.g., Google Analytics)

We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand Site usage.

If Consent Mode is enabled, analytics behavior respects your consent selections in supported regions.

7) Email Communications

  • Transactional/operational emails (responses to inquiries, security notices).
  • Marketing emails (news, updates, offers) only if you subscribed or would reasonably expect them.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link in the email. Unsubscribing marketing does not affect transactional/security emails.

8) Payments

Online payments are handled by third-party Payment Processor(s). We receive limited transaction metadata (e.g., payment status) and do not store full card numbers on our systems. See the processor’s privacy policy in its checkout interface.

9) Remarketing & Advertising

We may use advertising and remarketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) to show relevant ads and measure performance. These tools may set or read cookies and collect identifiers/internet activity to support cross-context behavioral advertising.

10) Invisible reCAPTCHA

Site forms may be protected by Google Invisible reCAPTCHA. Your use is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

11) How We Share Information

We disclose information to service providers/processors under contract who assist with hosting, security, analytics, email delivery, CRM/marketing tools, payment processing, customer support, and advertising/remarketing. They must safeguard data and use it only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information for legal reasons or business transfers (as permitted by law).

12) “Sale” & “Sharing” (CCPA/CPRA)

California law defines “sale” and “sharing” broadly. We do not sell personal information for money. We may “share” certain identifiers and internet activity with advertising/analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising and measurement. You can opt out.

Categories disclosed for a business purpose (e.g., to service providers): identifiers; commercial information; internet/network activity; approximate geolocation; communications.

Categories that may be “sold/shared” for ads/analytics: identifiers; internet/network activity.

13) Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to Know/Access, Correct, Delete, Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing, Limit the Use/Disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information (if collected), and No Retaliation.

How to submit: Use our web form (preferred), email, or phone. We will verify identity (and agent authority where applicable) and respond within 45 days (one 45-day extension if reasonably necessary, with notice). If we deny a request, we’ll explain why and how to appeal.
