1) Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Divine Logic website located at DivineLogic.com (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Definitions

“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Divine Logic, Inc., 351 W. Cromwell Ave, Suite #116, Fresno, CA 93711. “You” means the individual or entity accessing the Site. Other capitalized terms have the meanings commonly used in online terms documents.

5.2 Limited License to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for informational and business-evaluation purposes only. Any use of the Site not expressly permitted by these Terms is prohibited.

6) Feedback & Reviews

If you send us ideas, suggestions, reviews, or feedback about the Site or our services (“Feedback”), you agree that we may use, copy, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and commercialize that Feedback in any medium, now known or later developed, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocably, and without any attribution, approval, or compensation to you. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license and that your Feedback does not violate any third-party rights.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the Site or our systems; (b) probe, scan, or test vulnerability or breach security/authentication; (c) use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content; (d) mine, scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site by automated means without written permission; or (e) interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., scheduling, payments, maps). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, policies, or practices. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

9) Payments (Site-Level)

If the Site allows you to pay for services online, those transactions are processed by third-party payment processors. You authorize the processor to charge your selected payment method for amounts due and applicable taxes/fees. We do not provide refunds except as required by law or as expressly stated in an order form or separate services agreement.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid through the Site, whichever is greater.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately.

13) United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in, or a resident of, any embargoed country and are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

14) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or relating to the Site or these Terms will be the state or federal courts located in Fresno County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15) Severability; Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.

16) Translation

If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version controls in case of conflict.
